Told ya I went flower shopping …
I had a hard time with this shot. I wanted to catch the beam of sunlight, but struggled a lot trying to get my exposure right with the dark wall behind. The petals are still a bit blown out, but whatever. You should’ve seen SOME of them! ooooh it was bad …
I’d love to fool around with some textures on this, but no time this weekend with the holiday.
That said, I’m off to play Easter Bunny and hide some stuff.

Posted at 12:39h, 13 AprilHey, I’m stealing time away from the kiddos to browse your blog tee-hee! This light is always a challenge for me too. I think it helps on how you meter the light, ie spot metering on the really bright part….er…or is it the dark part…..yeah, Ok. I’ve done it once really well and never again after that. Anyway. Great photos, and I love your sense of humour.
