07 Jan welcome 2012! {1/52}

If you’ve been reading here for a bit, you’ll no doubt know that 2011 wasn’t the best of times for me.
To say the least.

Normally, I’d be all about “goodbye 2011, don’t let the door hit you in the ass” or something to that effect and I’d be throwing myself into this brand new year, full speed ahead.

This time around, I’m not so sure.

Not so cheeky.

Despite everything that happened last year, I think that towards the end of it all, I felt somewhat safe. I made it through, you know? I kicked and fought and made it through. But now here comes 2012 and I find myself wondering what it will hold. My optimism is being put to the test.

I’m going to work on that :)

I don’t know what 2012 holds in store for me, but I’m going to give it everything I have.

And then I’m going to give it just a little bit more.
