This morning at Island Lake …

Island Lake Morning 317/365

This shot is from the other side of the lake, the other side of town, from where I took the shots last week.

and minus the snow.

I’m convinced Mother Nature is having some sort of identity crisis. Maybe menopausal? heh

Whatever she’s up to, we’re having absolutely gorgeous weather.

Hope you’re all enjoying your weekend :)

This is perfect! The only thing that I would change is for me to be sitting on the edge, with a cane pole, fishing! I love that you caught the light coming in from the left and highlighting everything. It’s absolutely beautiful!

There was steam coming off the lake on that side too, from the sun rising, but I couldn’t quite get it. It’s showing up as that brownish haze to the left.
      Should’ve brought my zoom! ;)

All it needs is a tent and campfire for perfection! Stunning image!
