polished {234/365}

This shot is technically wrong in so many ways.

And I’m completely in love with it in so many ways :)

It’s reminding me of something, but I can’t put my finger on it.

234/365

Any ideas?

I didn’t expect to get such yummyness from a bottle of nailpolish, that’s for sure.  Loving the light, the sunflare, the cool bokeh … love.

Simple things make me happy :)

Processed in lightroom, using gawd knows what. heh.

    Not even going to comment on the unhealthiness of nail polish. Look at me.

    Because? This shot is magnificent. Eff technical propriety.

    The ones that defy that “perfect” shot and are perfect anyway are the best. Ever. Period.

    I want my life filled with that bokeh. Right now.

    I think it’s the almost rainbowy effect that gives it such appeal.

    I like all that you mentioned, but I also think the color of the nail polish worked so well – hot pink or a bright color wouldn’t have given the same effect. Very nice!
