25 May love/hate relationship {145/365}
The image is everywhere … on the walls of our homes, stamped on fabric, adorning stationary…
You’ll find it drawn, painted, etched, photographed …
And what I, and countless other women, wouldn’t give to once more see chubby little fingers offering up a yellow bouquet and giggling “pretty flowers for you mommy!”
But let them dare show up in our yards?
ooooohh … it’s war. Game on.
It’s all so very unappreciative of us. tsk-tsk.
