Normally, you won’t find me anywhere near one of these guys.  It’s amazing what happens to fear when you shove a camera in my hands…

And I couldn’t resist posting this one …

Although it’s kind of a crappy shot, I had no clue their tongues (or whatever the heck that is) were so long!  Weirdness!

I had fun doing this.  It was pretty fascinating, actually.  I studied them for almost an hour, zooming in and snapping shots, and yes, fascinating is the word I’d use.

And I only ran twice ;)
