Week 30! Can you believe? Everybody pat yourselves on the back.

Even if you’ve just started out, go ahead and pat twice ;)

I hope you’re all still enjoying our group and your project. There’s a lot to congratulate yourself for, just keeping up your commitment to get out there and do something, once a week, every week. It may not sound like much, but life has a way of running off and consuming our days and we all know that sometimes it seems almost impossible to grab a single moment for ourselves to simply be still, breathe and create.

But it’s important to take that time.

So hats off to you :)
