23 Jan transparent – day 23

It’s funny – I love this quote and strive to live up to it, but when I used it here and then took a good look at my photo, I thought, “well, how transparent or honest is this?”   Taken in bright light and fully edited, I’ve shaved about ten years off of my face. Nice, but not really all that honest, is it.

I believe that honesty and vanity wage wars with each other.
