words {10/52}

Searching out ‘words’ for this week’s prompt was a lot of fun.

There were winning words …

such a winner

A winner from Tim Hortons. A miracle! and yeah, it’s a Canadian thing.
I’m still holding onto hope for the brand new car.

There were words of advice …

pay attention

Funny, I was just talking to my daughter about this the other day. I told her that the times I’ve ignored my instincts are the times I’ve landed myself in hot water. Truth.
I should save that little slip of paper for her.

I had the most fun this week though, catching up with my One Little Word project …

I am ...

and my neglected album pages …

working on my OLW pages ... finally

Fun too, designing those little album cards. It’s been awhile since I designed anything for myself (besides what you see on this blog, that is). This type of scrapbooking is entirely new to me and I find I’m enjoying the ease of it. I’m a little behind (what else is new) (this is actually my January page … sshhhhhh) but the pocket pages allow me to just stuff things in there day to day and keep it all safe in one place until I can go back and actually make it all look pretty.
There’s about a gazillion hospital bracelets stashed in there. heh.

All in all, it’s been a productive week :)

Good for you for even attempting scrapbooking. Light a fire under my bum. I’m pushing the springcleaning right now but hope to start being creative, beyond photography, which is a challenge :I.
    Have a wonderful week!

I love hybrid scrapping, but never have time to get to it. Even had a couple of my layouts published! That was pretty cool :)
This format is much less time consuming.
