lake path {290/365}

I stopped in at one of the local conservation areas, checking out what kind of state the trees and leaves are in.

Yes, that’s important ;)

shush.

this way to the lake 290/365

The fall show is wrapping up, it seems. Browns are quickly taking over from last week’s brilliant reds, yellows and oranges.

Time to drive a little further south.

(you know I totally would)

    Beautiful shot – it feels so quiet and peaceful… And I’m just itching to run through those leaves and crunch ’em up!

      I was laughing with daughter one day while we were walking through them, kicking them up.
      “You HAVE to kick them”, I said.
      She laughed, “I know!”
      Leaf kicking is a serious compulsion ;)
