until next year … {287/365}

This time of year, it’s not hard to find an empty place to sit …

until next year, #2 {287.365}

The tables are all lined up in groups, waiting to be put away I suppose.

I look at them and wonder about the stories they could tell, the things they saw this summer.

until next year {287.365}

I often do that when I’m snapping away.  I’ll have entire little short stories made up in my head while my shutter clicks constantly.

Silly things, y’know?

These tables saw break-ups, make-ups, family picnics, somebody laughing, somebody crying, somebody worried … on and on and on.

click, click.

When I was a kid, I was always told I had my head in the clouds. That I had ‘some imagination’.

until next year, #3 {287.365}

… and I really can’t imagine being any other way :)
