spy fence {246/365}

I was snapping off a few shots of this fence when I finally noticed the squirrel spying on me …

spy fence 246/365

I wonder how long he was watching?

He took off up the tree shortly after this shot, then climbed out onto a branch above my head and started chattering at me.

And that would make twice this week that’s happened to me. Seriously. It’s a long story.

I’m starting to get a complex.

Happy Fence Friday! :)

    See!!! I knew it wasn’t an ordinary squirrel! You have to think like a regular mafia thug would think when you’re dealing with gangsta squirrels! They got spies like you wouldn’t believe! Somewhere up in that tree, disguised as a regular pine cone, they’ve got a command center full of technological gadgets and each one is trained on you and your house. Oh yes, they want that deck, sista! And pretty soon they’re going to come after the computer (they probably already hacked it) and then they’re going for the sofa and the T.V remote. Eventually they’ll infiltrate the entire neighborhood and you’ll see their sweet, cute, “I’m all innocent” looking faces all over the place… But you, and possibly only you, know the true evil they can perpetrate … scaring sweet little doggies, and cursing out homeowners in some squirrel-ish language. Oh yes, it’s going to get bad out there. Pretty soon there’ll be beatings at the bird feeders all over their ‘hood’. Perhaps you should move… Or, give in, and let them have the deck, pretend they really are just cute little nut-gatherers and take amazing pictures of them, to share with we who have not yet been targeted, like this one.

    Love it!

    (And you are right! I was laughing my @$$ off at the picture! Looks like he was in intentional camoflauge against the tree bark and darker shade of the background!)

      LMAO!!! See? I knew you’d get a kick out of it.
      WTH? I’m targeted. Must be.
      This wasn’t even near my house! LOL …
      I need a Squirrel Whisperer ;)
