stormy {174/365}

What a crazy day.

Earthquake, torrential downpours, hail, tornado warnings, water up to my ankles when I left the office …

What the hell???

But what a sky …
after the storm 174/365

Yes, totally edited. The sky was the ugly, angry purplish color below, but I couldn’t resist this when I was playing around. And then I fooled around with stitching and slapped a few shots together.

Fun!  If only we could turn the weather pretty like that whenever we felt like it :)

And this?

stormy {174}

Not so fun.  Mama Nature had a very bad day today.

(yes, this is one of the shots I used to get the pana)

    I so miss active weather! I find it really hard to get a good shot of the sky when it is dark in one area and light in others. I am sure it is a lack of proper settings on my part;) Great capture!!

    I love the skies when it’s stormy, but yeah – to translate to a photo doesn’t always work so well for me. ;-)
