me {85/365}

I’m getting better at this self portrait thing. I spent a bit of time last night looking through flickr at what kind of settings others were using. More often than not, they were all standard auto.

So that’s what I did.

85/365

Processed with (amongst other things) Johhna’s Tea Party available at CoffeeShop.  Love the softness of this action.  Perfect for hiding wrinkles and my normally crap complexion.

I also set a focal point this time, instead of winging it like I was doing.  It totally helped and I don’t know why I didn’t do it before.  All I used was my coffee mug.  Worked like a charm, and easy to move out of the way quickly.

Now, maybe next time I’ll manage to get my whole head in there.

    Awesome pic!

    I still haven’t figured out how to use stuff from that site. It never shows up in my filters. Brushes I have down but filters, nope.

      They’re not filters, they’re actions.
      There are tons of tutorials on her site too. Check it out when you have some time.
