stories {362/365}

(day 362! holy crap!}

Still playing along with the Mortal Muses, although Christmas seems long past.

(am I the only one who feels like it was weeks ago? yes? hmmm)

The word prompt for today is ‘stories’.

My daughter is hooked on the series from Lauren Conrad, of ‘The Hills’ fame.

Whatever – at least she’s reading ;)

‘Sugar and Spice’ found in her Christmas stocking. Yay Santa.

    I feel that way, too. I usually drag the holidays along for as long as I can but this year I started taking down all the decorations three days after Christmas. It’s so weird.

      Well mine are still up – mostly due to laziness, but even on Boxing Day it felt like Christmas was long past. Weirdness.

      Thanks Marty!
      I added a white colour fill layer at around 8% opacity.

    Wait? Lauren Conrad is an author? She strings sentences together on the written page? What the hell is going on in this world??

      ROFL! Apparently.
      Four books now, and this trilogy is being made into a movie. Yep.
      She’s actually quite smart, aside from the whole ‘Hills’ thing ;)

    My daughter’s into the “Clique” books with titles like “My Little Phony” and “P.S. I Loathe You.” So classy. I cringe every time I see her with one.
